Welcome to Institute of Sales Training (IST) We are a professional training and consulting organization specializing in sales training, performance coaching, corporate workshops, and sales strategy consulting. By accessing our website (www.istskills.com) and engaging with our programs or services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we advise you to discontinue using our services.
1. Services Offered
IST provides a wide range of sales learning and development solutions, including but not limited to:- The Complete Sales Starter (foundational program for freshers & beginners)
- Advanced selling skills for professionals
- High-ticket & consultative selling workshops
- B2B & LinkedIn-based selling strategies
- Prospecting, lead generation & client acquisition training
- Assertive communication, negotiation & SPIN selling frameworks
- Sales leadership & team management coaching
- Customized training modules tailored to business needs
- Specific learning outcomes & deliverables
- Program structure & timelines
- Pricing, payment terms & participant obligations
2. Payment Terms & Billing
All payments must be made as per the agreed terms in the service agreement or invoice. Payments must be completed before the training/program starts unless stated otherwise in the agreement. Any additional services, sessions, or consulting requested beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately. In case of delayed payments, Neovistaa digital llp reserves the right to pause or terminate services until the outstanding dues are cleared.3. Client Responsibilities

Training content, frameworks, strategies, and materials developed remain the intellectual property of Neovistaa digital llp unless explicitly transferred under a written agreement. Clients/participants may not resell, redistribute, or modify Neovistaa digital llp proprietary material without prior permission.5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Neovistaa digital llp respects the confidentiality of all client and participant data, including business strategies, project details, and personal information. We do not share, sell, or disclose client/participant information to third parties unless required by law or mutually agreed upon. Neovistaa Digital LLP follows strict data security policies to protect sensitive information.6. Limitation of Liability
Neovistaa digital llp is not responsible for business losses, indirect damages, or third-party service failures resulting from our training programs. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes as results depend on multiple external factors such as market conditions, competition, and participant implementation. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the particular service or program in question.7. Termination of Services
Clients may terminate their contract with a 30-day written notice. If services are terminated mid-program, clients will be charged for all completed sessions/workshops. A **refund is applicable only if the client communicates dissatisfaction on the first day of the program. After the first day, no full refunds will be provided. Neovistaa digital llp reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:- The client fails to make timely payments.
- The client/participant engages in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities.
- There is a breach of any contractual agreement.
